Absolutely avoid them if you can.... They dont care about anything but money going into there pockets. 2 times ive had the worst experiences in the 15+years of trucking . Greedy does care about the truckers just how much $$$ they can make from you. A few staff members ive talked with are great and good people. But the company Motto must be charge them as much as possible. I've dealt with many repair facilities over the years this has to be top 3 most worst places ive dealt with

Terrible, paid $8,500 for an engine Iight , not fixed . Brought it back, they want to charge additional monies I didn't wanted to pay more , they said I should talk to manager Eric. Eric won't answer phone, I was told Eric would call me, it's been 24 hours and no response from manager. Very disappointing. The first time I brought it in , they had it in shop for more than a week , I list a lot of business every day it was there , for nothing, it wasn't fixed .

We had an eye bolt break on the front spring! We have a super load on 30 miles away called them they said it would be in the evening if a tech comes out or we could bring it in. Brought it in told them what broke, The service girl, we asked for was setting right there that we spoke with on the phone the other service girl said they could look at it @ 12:00 I told her the other girl said right away! Then service girl we spoke to on phone with said she didn’t say that. We then called at 3:00 pm and they hadn’t looked at said they would call us right back!! Never did so we drove there the next morning, she then tells us that he looked at it and was exactly what we said had to write up an estimate! We left they finally gave estimate @ 3:00 pm said it would be 4500.00, you can add the math!! Went to get truck and they had their computer hooked into our motor for a frame job well it’s a PDI motor and tuner, not a Cummins and it can wipe out our tuner.. we left gonna bring our mechanic from Oklahoma.. this place is a joke, there are trucks stacked everywhere all bays full 3 deep and 6 were lined up behind us!! Run from them they will try to rob you blind I feel sorry for the truck

This place is terribly slow! I Have been here a couple times. Won’t ever go back. The last time I took my truck in for an exhaust leak. It took them 8 days to diagnose it. The repair it’s self was only 1.5 hour repair. And yes they had the parts to fix it. They will gouge you on the hourly rate! Worst of the worst! The people at the parts counter are pleasant to deal with.
